The tem
peratures of the primary and secondary circuit of a plate heat exchanger are to be monitored in the flow and return lines. They have to be displayed locally and integrated into the building services control system via a standard signal.

In the primary and secondary circuit a thermowell is welded in the flow and return lines. The precise temperature sensors TT2050 are screwed into the 1/2" thermowells (order no. E35020). The control monitor TR2432 is mounted directly on the respective sensor using the adapter E30017. The respective temperature is clearly indicated locally on the 7-segment display of the control monitor.
Furthermore, a scalable and standardised analogue output is connected to the building services control system. The EVT004 cable meets the high protection rating IP67.

Due to the rapid detection of temperature changes the building services control system can react to changes more quickly. A local precise display of the temperature is an advantage for the in-house technicians. Energy consumptions are detected and evaluated by continuously transferring the standard signals to the building services control system. Further advantages are the high protection rating IP67 and noise immunity due to robust technology.
